Not as many people try hypnosis for weight loss as they do with diet pills and weight loss programs. The main reason for this is that hypnosis till now is associated more with magic and deception than as a serious treatment option. Yet this ancient art has been practiced for centuries by many cultures of the world for the treatment of a number of physical and mental disorders including addiction, sleep disorders, depression, etc. Thousands have also accepted hypnosis for weight loss as one of the most feasible, non-invasive therapy options for permanent weight loss.
